Product Information

We offer new, one-trip, and used shipping containers together with container trailers, cargo trailers, enclosed trailers, utility trailers, and specialty transport equipment. Every unit is inspected before dispatch.

Used Containers

Used containers are supplied as Wind & Water Tight (WWT) unless otherwise stated. These containers may display cosmetic wear including dents, surface rust, repairs, patches, and normal flooring wear while remaining structurally sound for storage use.

New & One-Trip Containers

One-trip containers are typically used only once during international shipping and offer excellent overall condition with only minor cosmetic imperfections.

Color Availability

Used containers arrive in various colors depending on previous shipping lines. Specific colors cannot always be guaranteed unless purchasing a specialty or one-trip container.

Payment Terms

• We accept Bank Transfers only. No credit cards, PayPal, or other electronic payment methods are accepted.
• Payment must be completed before delivery scheduling.
• Orders are processed once payment confirmation is received.
• Orders remain subject to inventory availability.

Delivery Policy

Delivery scheduling generally begins after payment confirmation and depends on location, weather conditions, depot availability, and transportation logistics.

• Customers must provide clear site access.
• Delivery areas should be level and free from obstacles.
• Overhead power lines, trees, fences, vehicles, and narrow access roads may prevent successful delivery.
• Failed deliveries caused by inaccessible sites may result in additional delivery charges.
• Delivery vehicles may require significant clearance for safe unloading.

Cancellation & Returns

Orders may be cancelled before delivery processing begins. Once inventory has been allocated and delivery coordination has started, administrative and logistics fees may apply.

Customers wishing to return a container must notify us in writing within the applicable return period. Returned units must remain in substantially the same condition as delivered and are subject to inspection before any refund is approved.

Containers modified after delivery—including cutting, welding, painting, insulation, additional doors, windows, electrical work, or structural alterations—are not eligible for return.

Warranty

Eligible containers are inspected prior to delivery to ensure structural integrity and weather resistance. Warranty coverage applies only to qualifying products and does not include cosmetic wear, misuse, unauthorized modifications, relocation damage, normal aging, seals, flooring, or accidental damage.

Limitation of Liability

Moving Shipping Containers and Trailers shall not be responsible for property damage resulting from unsuitable site conditions, underground utilities, soft ground, restricted access, or customer-provided delivery instructions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is suitable for container or trailer delivery and placement before scheduling delivery.

Customer information is used solely for order processing, customer support, delivery coordination, and communication regarding products and services. We respect your privacy and do not sell personal information to third parties.
