Shipping Policy

At Moving Shipping Containers and Trailers, we work hard to make delivery simple, reliable, and transparent. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery timeframe, flat-rate shipping, site access requirements, failed delivery conditions, and customer responsibilities.

5–7 Days Estimated delivery timeframe after funds have cleared in our account.
$725 Flat Rate Standard flat‑rate delivery for all states within the USA only.
Site Access Required Customers must provide safe, clear, and accessible delivery conditions.

Delivery Timeframe

Order handling time: 1–2 business days after funds have cleared in our account.
Transit time: 4–5 business days for in‑transit delivery.
Delivery cut‑off time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day.

The total estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days begins only after your payment has been fully cleared and confirmed. This period includes both handling and transit.

Flat Rate Shipping

Moving Shipping Containers and Trailers offers a standard $725 flat‑rate delivery fee for all eligible container and trailer orders within the United States.

Delivery Access Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery site is safe and accessible before the truck arrives. The delivery path must be clear of mud, snow, low trees, power lines, parked vehicles, fences, mailboxes, narrow turns, steep grades, soft ground, or any obstruction that may prevent safe unloading.

Space & Clearance

Delivery trucks require enough space to enter, unload, and exit safely. Larger containers may require significant straight-line clearance, suitable road width, and overhead clearance. If there is not enough room for safe placement, the unit may be unloaded as close as possible or returned to the depot.

Failed Delivery

A delivery may be considered failed if it cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, unsafe site conditions, access restrictions, incorrect delivery information, blocked entry, soft ground, or any issue outside the control of Moving Shipping Containers and Trailers or the carrier.

Failed deliveries may result in additional charges, including return delivery, redelivery, standby time, towing, recovery, or other carrier-related costs.

Weather & Site Conditions

Delivery may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, snow, storms, flooding, soft ground, unsafe roads, or other weather-related conditions. Customers should notify us in advance if the delivery site may be muddy, wet, unstable, or difficult to access.

Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for preparing the delivery location, confirming site access, checking local placement rules, and ensuring the area is suitable for a container or trailer. Customers are also responsible for any damage, recovery costs, or extra carrier charges caused by unsuitable site conditions.

Placement on Delivery

Our delivery partners will make reasonable efforts to place your container or trailer in the requested location, provided it is safe and accessible. Final placement is subject to driver discretion, equipment limitations, site conditions, and safety requirements.
